Who We Are

Aba Compute helps companies license business records they choose to share, de-identified, to frontier AI labs.

Aba Compute is operated by ZStack Capital LLC ("Aba Compute," "we," "us"). This policy explains what personal information we collect through abacompute.com and the forms, intake and emails connected to it, how we use it, and the choices you have.

This policy covers the website and our conversations with you before any deal. If your company licenses data through us, a separate signed agreement governs that data, including how it is de-identified, who may use it and when it must be deleted. That agreement takes priority over this policy for the licensed data.

What We Collect

Information you give us

  • Assessment form. Work email, name, job title, company, website, headcount, company age, the systems your team uses, any notes, how you heard about us and the estimate shown to you.
  • Data intake. Contact email and the answers you enter: company details, what the business does, team size and history, which systems you've used and rough record counts for each. Answers save as you go, so we receive them even if you never press submit.
  • Emails, calls and chat. Whatever you send us, including messages through the chat widget on our pages.
  • Accounts. If we give you access to a signed-in area, your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, the basic profile Google shares (name and email).

Information collected automatically

  • IP address, browser, device type, operating system, the page that referred you and the pages you view.
  • The page you were on when you submitted a form, so we know which content led to the inquiry.
  • Cookies and similar technologies, described in Cookies and analytics.

What We Don't Collect

The website never asks for your company's actual records.

The assessment and intake ask for counts, estimates and descriptions. Please don't paste customer data, employee data, passwords, API keys, payment details or health information into any form or chat. If you send something like that by mistake, tell us and we'll delete it.

Records only move after both sides sign a licensing agreement, and they move under that agreement's terms.

How We Use It

  • Reply to you and prepare an estimate, assessment or quote.
  • Review your intake and decide whether your data is a fit for current buyers.
  • Send you emails you asked for, such as a link back to your intake or a follow-up after a call.
  • Understand which pages and campaigns bring in qualified companies, and improve the site.
  • Keep the site secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
  • Meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

We don't name your company or share your intake details with a data buyer unless you approve it first.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your personal information.

We share it only with the service providers that run the site and our email, and only to the extent they need it:

  • Hetzner hosts our servers and database (United States).
  • Cloudflare provides DNS, content delivery and protection against attacks.
  • Brevo delivers our transactional emails.
  • Google provides analytics (Google Analytics) and, if you choose it, sign-in.
  • Meta measures the results of our ads (Meta Pixel).
  • ChatSupportBot, a company in our portfolio, runs the chat widget on our pages.

Our Subprocessors page keeps the current list with locations.

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or someone's safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. In a sale, the buyer would have to honour this policy for information collected under it.

Cookies and Analytics

We use a small number of cookies:

  • Essential cookies keep forms secure and remember your session. The site doesn't work without them.
  • Google Analytics counts visits and shows us which pages people use.
  • Meta Pixel tells us whether people who saw our ads on Facebook or Instagram later visited the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on and change your Meta ad settings. Blocking analytics or ad cookies doesn't affect how the site works.

How Long We Keep It

We keep inquiries and intake answers while we're talking with you and for up to three years after our last contact, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back. After that we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.

Analytics data is kept according to Google's and Meta's own retention settings.

Security

The site is served only over HTTPS, our database runs on servers only we can access, and access to submissions is limited to the people who review them.

Each intake lives at a private link. Anyone who has that link can open and edit the intake, so treat it like a password and don't post it publicly.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your information, we'll tell you as the law requires.

Your Choices and Rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy.
  • Correct anything that's wrong.
  • Delete your information.
  • Stop sending you anything other than replies to your own messages.

Email [email protected] from the address you used with us. We'll reply within 30 days. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we won't treat you differently for making a request.

California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, you have the rights listed above plus the right to limit use of sensitive information. We don't collect sensitive personal information as the law defines it.

We don't sell personal information. The Meta Pixel can count as "sharing" for advertising under California law. To opt out, email us or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we treat as an opt-out request.

Visitors Outside the US

We're based in the United States and store information there. If you're in the European Union, United Kingdom or elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US.

If the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and running the site, and on your consent for analytics and ad cookies where the law requires it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The site is for businesses and isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think we have, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use information we already hold, we'll email the people affected before it takes effect.
